The role:
As a Business Analyst, you will drive business growth by extracting and analysing complex data, translating it into clear, actionable insights, and delivering high-impact reports and proposals. You will work closely with the Financial Services Director, support winning new work through project discovery, customer reporting, proposal development, and Senior Leadership Team support, while efficiently managing multiple projects and ensuring quality across all deliverables.
Who you are:
You are a degree-qualified Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience, who possesses strong analytical skills and a proven ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data clearly through written and visual formats. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, you will bring excellent interpersonal and presentational skills, enabling you to engage effectively with Senior Leadership, clients, and associates while managing multiple projects with confidence and precision.
