The role:
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to play a key supporting role in helping us win new business and strengthen our market profile. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will gain hands-on experience preparing compelling proposals, customer reports, client presentations, and external events, while turning project successes into powerful marketing assets.

This varied, fast-paced role offers excellent progression potential, starting as a key support position and evolving into greater autonomy, with a clear pathway to the Marketing Manager role.

Who you are:
You are an enthusiastic early-career professional with a degree, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent interpersonal and presentational abilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, manage multiple projects effectively, and have a proactive approach to turning complex information into clear, professional outputs. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, you are eager to develop your marketing expertise and contribute to real business growth.
