His expertise spans PFI contracts, rolling stock strategies, and driving organisational growth through innovative systems and processes. He has joined Enigma Seven as a Senior Consultant following 6 years at Agility Trains where as Head of IEP (West) was responsible for ensuring compliance with stringent lender and government requirements whilst managing the contractual interface between Agility, Hitachi and GWR.

Over the past 22 years, Sid has built an exceptional career as a seasoned professional in the rail and commercial sectors, excelling in strategic leadership, contract management, and operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in PFI contract oversight, rolling stock maintenance, and stakeholder engagement, Sid has successfully managed multimillion-pound contracts, driven adherence to regulatory standards, and secured executive-level buy-in for key initiatives. His expertise extends to business consultancy, where he has implemented scalable frameworks and governance models, fostering growth and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Sid has demonstrated a unique ability to balance technical, commercial, and strategic imperatives, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional results in complex and dynamic environments.

Sid began his career in Commercial Banking before transitioning to a Rolling Stock Owner, where he managed contracts with several Train Operating Companies and took full responsibility for the analysis, strategy, and delivery of a portfolio of Rail Freight Assets. He later worked as a consultant, contributing to significant projects such as the East Anglia refranchising, intelligent train specification, and Wales Valley Line Electrification. Sid then joined Bombardier as a Commercial Manager, where he oversaw the maintenance contracts for the Stansted Express, Class 357s, and contributed to the design of the Class 720 for East Anglia. For the past six years, Sid has overseen contracts for Agility Trains, managing the introduction of the Class 800 fleet on GWR and ensuring the seamless mobilisation of maintenance delivery in line with strict contractual, operational, and performance requirements.
